OWNER MANAGER PROGRAMME
The Owner‐Manager Programme (OMP) is designed for owners/managing directors of small and medium-scale organisations. It is designed to provide business owners with the skills and capacity for the development of long‐term strategic plans to transform their businesses and drive profitability.
Target Audience
- Founders or business owners/co‐owners of companies in existence for a minimum of 2 years with at least N50m annual turnover.
- Partners in professional firms with at least five professionals.

The Owner Manager Programme (OMP) is specifically designed for Chief Executive Officers and Managing Directors of their own companies and senior executives who are major equity stakeholders in medium‐sized companies. They will join a wide and diverse group of successful entrepreneurs for an experience that will transform and re‐energize their careers and company. The modular programme format provides an opportunity for owner‐managers to step back from the day‐to‐day demands of running the businesses and reflect on how to make the business work for them.

For Who
OMP is specifically designed for Chief Executive Officers and Managing Directors of their own companies and senior executives who are major equity stakeholders in medium‐sized companies. This programme is ideal for Entrepreneurs who own and manage Medium‐sized Companies and Founders/successors of Family business companies, with an annual turnover of min of N50m million and operational for 2 years or more. Classes comprise between 15 and 25 participants from different industries. States and countries representing a wide diversity of companies, sectors, and cultural backgrounds.
Key Feature
The key feature in the programme will be a modular programme in Garden City Premier Business School (GCPBS). In this programme, participants will be able to share insights and knowledge with other entrepreneurs from Rivers State, Nigeria, as well as broaden their networks and identify opportunities to expand their business beyond the Niger Delta.
Programme Delivery
The owner Management Programme is a non-residential modular programme of four modules, which runs for 4 weeks over a 4 month period with one day every week for 11 weeks and a full class session for the 12th week to wrap up the programme.
Due to the busy working schedules of participants, OMP is flexibly designed to be delivered in a multi‐modular format, offering participants a unique opportunity to undertake substantial learning and development that can be fitted into their professional and personal life.
The case methodology will be a primary tool for delivery of course material, in addition to thought provoking lectures and enlightening group discussions.
Participants are awarded a certificate upon completion of the programme.
